The information on this page is for families whose student has already been assigned a Chromebook.  Information for the class of 2021 and students who are new to the district is available here.

August 20, 2017, was the last day to purchase insurance online. Insurance payments after August 20, 2017, will need to be paid via cash or check. The amount is $36.00. If you are paying by check, please make it out to South Windsor High School and note Chromebook/student name/student ID on the memo line. Please bring cash or checks to the main office at the high school. If you wish to waive the insurance coverage for the 2017/18 school year, you will have the opportunity to do so when you complete the annual acknowledgment section of the 17/18 student information update located in your parent portal account.

If you are a part of the free and reduced meals program and wish to be a part of the insurance program, you will receive information from the Food Services department on the first day of school.  Be sure to indicate Yes on Addendum A for the Chromebook insurance coverage.
