Summer Trip to Spain

High School Students Travel to Spain

On June 26th, 16 students traveled to Spain with Sra. Ruiz, Ms. Andrews and Principal Sullivan. Over the course of 11 days they visited Malaga, Grenada, Sevilla, Cordoba, Madrid and Barcelona. Along the way they visited a number of historical sites including Plaza de Espana, the Royal Palace of Madrid, and Park Guell.  In addition, the students learned to dance flamenco, visited a Spanish school and a working Olive Oil farm. They also found time to swim in the Mediterranean and to tour Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, the home of Real Madrid.
