  • These forms can be picked up in the MAIN OFFICE, THE GYM or DOWNLOADED from the link above
  • Forms can be TURNED IN to the main office.
  • For all sports tryouts, come PREPARED for the activity. This includes any equipment you might need for the sport, as well as a water bottle.
  • HAVE A RIDE HOME AT THE DESIGNATED TIME!!

PLEASE NOTE: All home games begin at 3:45 unless otherwise noted.

Academic Eligibility:
Any student who is trying out or auditioning for any Extra-Curricular activity  will need a 2.0 GPA (with no failing grade(s) in order to be considered. The trimester prior to tryouts would determine eligibility.  If the student falls below the required GPA, that student will not be able to tryout/audition for the activity.  A list of students will be sent to guidance one week prior to tryouts. Therefore, a set date will be required for all forms to be handed in.  This cut off date would be required for guidance to review all try-out applicants.

If a student falls below a 2.0 or has a failing report card grade during the activity season,  the student will be put on probation for a period of two weeks and must meet with guidance counselor, teacher(s), parent(s), and coach etc. to discuss a plan of action to improve grade(s).  During this probation period, the student will not be permitted to attend any after school activities that is not related to academics (practices, games, rehearsals, etc.).  If grades improve within the 2 week period the student would be reinstated.  If the student fails to follow through with the plan and or grades do not improve within 2 weeks, the student would be dismissed from the team/activity.

For 1st trimester activities, students will start with a “clean slate.”
