FEVERS

Students that are ill with a temperature greater than 100 degrees should not come to school until they are free of a fever, without having taken a fever reducing medication (Tylenol, Advil, Aleve, etc.) for 24 hours.

Directions: Please print and return the required forms to the nurse in your child’s school.  Make sure to read the directions carefully and have your physician complete the appropriate sections as well. Note, the forms require signatures from parent/guardian as well as your physician.
