South Windsor Public Schools is excited to begin planning for our 2017-2018 Kindergarten families! Your child is about to take an exciting next step in his/her education. As your child’s first teacher, you have taught your child many important skills. South Windsor Public Schools is looking forward to the beginning of a collaborative partnership between home and school in order to provide a successful transition for your family. South Windsor offers a full-day kindergarten program, which is available to children who are age five (5) on or before January 1, 2018.

DATES TO REMEMBER
* Classroom visits will be held on two dates. Pre-Registration is required, and an appointment for each school’s visits can be scheduled during the time block(s) indicated. In order to participate in classroom visits, students must have completed Kindergarten registration. Parents should contact the school to schedule the classroom visit once the student has been enrolled. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, space is limited, and not all options may be available.
Parent Orientation nights are for parents only, and are held at the elementary school location. No reservation is required.
No reservation is required for bus rides. Rides last approximately 15 minutes.
