On Friday, March 21st, the TEMS Jazz Ensemble traveled to Philadelphia for the National Jazz Festival.
Both the Jazz Combo and Full Ensemble performed on Saturday, March 22nd, and received overwhelmingly positive feedback during their respective adjudications.
Their hard work was rewarded with first place finishes for both the Combo and Ensemble. Additionally, Aarohan Verma and Lilah Bolduc were recognized as "Superior Musicians." Aarohan was also awarded the festival's "Love Award" and Mr. Marci was celebrated as Jazz Educator of the Year.
