If you forget your PowerSchool password, please call the school's main office. Due to privacy, office staff will not be able to see your existing password. However, they can assign you a temporary password so you can log in to your account and create your own new password.

No. Once you create a PowerSchool account, you may add siblings to your account as they are enrolled in South Windsor Public Schools. A single log-on ID and password will be used to access information for all of your children.

No. As long as both parents have custody of the child(ren) (as reflected in PowerSchool), each parent can create their own PowerSchool parent portal account with a distinct username and password. Both parents will need to obtain a Student Access ID and Access Password from the school or registrar's office.

Yes. You can download the PowerSchool app from the app store (apple or android). The district school code is ZSKH.

If any of your phone numbers (home, cell or work) change after you have completed the Annual Student Information Update (in August/September), please contact the school's main office to update your contact information.

No. As your child moves from elementary to middle to high school, it is currently expected that you will have the same PowerSchool parent portal account for as long as your child is enrolled in South Windsor Public Schools.
