South Windsor Public Schools

The Board of Education has purchased an accident medical insurance plan to help cover medical expenses resulting from interscholastic sports injuries. This is an excess type program. The plan does not cover expenses payable under any other insurance or medical service plan available to the insured person. Claim forms are located in the high school and middle school offices, as well as at Bollinger Schools. As with student accident insurance, South Windsor Board of Education does not act as agent, administrator, nor arbitrator should a dispute or claim arise.
