South Windsor Public Schools processes school registration documents electronically, and by fax or mail, as follows:

Complete the Pre-Enrollment Form

Once you have completed the Pre-Enrollment Form, please fax, email or mail the required Age, ID and Residency documents to our registrar.

After your documents have been received and reviewed, the registrar will confirm receipt and give you instructions for next steps. Please allow 72 hours for processing.

All new students must provide a current State of Connecticut Health Assessment Record which reflects the child's health history and list of current immunizations to the school nurse before their first day of attendance in school.
